Mother daughter relationship is unique
Tempered with love has emotional streak
Connect is at different levels, said unsaid
Oft communication is body language bred
My daughters requested their artist mother
Paint us a sari different from creations other
Let it be a unique tribute of your love for us
Manisha began painting without much fuss
For her, the daughters are like butterflies
Beautiful, colourful, fluttering in the skies
Our two butterflies too flew to distant lands
Seeking their destinies with confidence at hand
Butterflies she chose as motif for her painting
On silk she painted, with passion unending
They are coming alive bit by bit stroke by stoke
As if are all set to fly away if ever did we poke
Passion and love can work wonders of all kind
It delves deep within for the creativity to find
Mother's love is eternal, etheral and sublime
It changes the world with opportunity and time
