नेह स्नेह की धारा बन कर

सींचा जीवन सहारा बन कर

अपनों का संसार बसाया

मेहनत से घर बार सजाया

भरा पूरा परिवार खड़ा है

क्या सब रत्न ऐसे ही जड़ा है

किसी का खून पसीना था

किसी का स्नेह सफ़ीना था

वर्षों का था अथक परिश्रम

स्नेह पाश में बाँधे हर दम

जीवन आसान नहीं उतना है

दिखता सरल सबको जितना है

दिन रात सोती नहीं जो

इंतज़ामों में खोती कहीं वो

कौन जानता उसके मन का

हालत क्या उसके तन का

मंजिल सभी देखा करते हैं

पावों के छाले कहाँ दिखते हैं

वर्षों बीते युग बीता है

उम्र गुजरी पर मन जीता है

अपनों को देख फलते फूलते

खुशियों के झूले जब झूलते

नारी आज भी खड़ी वहीं है

स्नेह से सींचती सभी कड़ी है

अपने हों या पराए हों सब

फर्क कहाँ किया किससे कब

स्नेह का मीठा झरना बनकर

बहती जाती “रंजन” रम कर

नये सपनो का नव निर्माण

नव पंख हो प्रस्फुटित

नये उड़ान हों पंखुरित

देश हो नित्य विकसित

मन न संकीर्ण हो

और न विदीर्ण हो

उदार हो यह हृदय

सर्वदा, रहे सदय

पर दुःख में द्रवित हो

नाहक न भ्रमित हो

इन्सान सब एक हैं

सहृदय और नेक हैं

रंग रुप भिन्न हैं

पर हम अभिन्न हैं

सोच का बस फर्क है

पर बनाता नर्क है

सोच जो बदल ले हम

रहेगा कोई न भ्रम

पर सोच है कौन सही

यही तो प्रश्न है रही

प्रकृति के अनुरुप जो

मानवता के स्वरुप जो

प्यार का जो सबक दे

सौहार्द की बातें करे

उत्थान समाज का करे

प्रगति की जो राह चुने

विज्ञान जो समझ सके

लोगों को शिक्षित करें

स्वास्थ पर जो ध्यान दें

भूख से जो लड़ सके

ग़रीबी दूर कर सके

हर धर्म का यह मूल है

पर थोपता निर्मूल है

बैर में कब क्या मिला

मेल में सबका भला

स्वार्थ देता तोड़ है

परमार्थ देता जोड़ है

फैसला हम सब के हाथ

रहना तो है साथ साथ‍

सुख चैन शान्ति बनी रहे

संकल्प दृढ़ बनी रहे

नया वर्ष हो शु:भ सदा

यही कामना है सर्वदा

गरीब अमीर

राजीव रंजन

गरीब और अमीर का ऐतिहास झगड़ा चलता रहा है और चलता ही रहेगा।

इंसान में जब तक हैवानियत भरी है, तब तक नहीं रुका हैं नहीं रुकेगा ।।

हर युग में अलग अलग तरीकों से दिखता रहा है और दिखता ही रहेगा ।

हैवान और इंसान दोनों हमारे अंदर हैं , हम किसे उभरते है वो ही बढ़ेगा ।।

इंसान बनना है नहीं आसान, कांटो से भरी है राहें, बस इरादों की है बात।

हैवानियत शक्ति, वैभव, चमक दमक, और नियंत्रण की तिलस्मी है बिसात।।

आसान है, इंसान का इंसानियत के कठिन राह से लोभ, लालच में भटक जाना ।

भौतिक सुखों को भोग अपने लिए गरीबों के हक़ों को मार साम्राज्य तैयार कर पाना।।

पर बिरले ही औरों के दुखों से द्रवित हो,सब त्याग, जन सेवा में होते हैं समर्पित।

कठिन मार्ग चुन, सर्वस्व न्योछावर कर इंसानियत के लिए होते हैं व्यथित।।

प्रकृति और इंसानियत के नियम ही शाश्वत सत्य हैं ब्रह्मांड को सम्भाले।

हम कुछ भी कर लें, होना इन नियमों के अनुरूप ही है और इनके ही सहारे ।।

Ram's  return  was  a   celebration   so  grand

Diwali  so  bright   that  eyes  couldn't   stand

Bharat's woes and grief peaked in his absence 

Ayodhya's seemed to end , in Ram's presence

Bharat Laxman and the retinue were so busy

Planning events and  celebrations like  crazy

Happiness hath  returned,  so should it show

Ayodhya should shine, and in  it's  glory, glow

Koshala still  waited for its tryst  with destiny

Prosperity  was  yet  to reach  poor  so  many

Palaces  had  withered and some in disrepair

Roads, parks and institutions were in despair

Fourteen  years  was  long  to  suffer in grief

The poor got poorer and there was  no relief

People in postion were busy with the palace

Hardly had  much  time to care for populace

The grief of Bharat  and palace  was  intense

Tried his best to administer yet he was tense

He was shielded from bad news intentionally

His ministers in unison,  thought  emotionally

Poverty hunger famine dangers don't wait long

Take their toll on people in  measures  strong

Ignore them  long at people and nation's peril

Unfortunate was the fate of Koshala in grief's drill. 

At long last their king hath retured from exile

Hoped their sufferings too will end in a while

Alas! celebrations and gaity were  prolonged

The hope seemed to dim  but not too long

Ram  saw  Hanuman sitting pensive  and sad

Asked  him  the reason  for his  mood so bad

Hanuman  begged forgiveness and then said

"The  condition of Koshala is bad I am afraid"

The  treasury  is  empty  with  huge tax dues

The  satraps  have   faulted,  arrear  accrues

Our  soldier's  conditions  are  not too happy

Their  dues  are  pending  and livings  sloppy

Farmers  suffer  flood  and  famine   regularly

Yet the tax  is collected, relief doled  barely

Malla has  designs on our  borders so devious

Vatsa create  problems  that  are so  obvious

Trade has suffered for, Saryu needs desilting

Benefits of Uttarapath trade has been wilting

Petty crimes and corruption are so prevalent

Communities are at logger heads and violent  

Ram  was  aghast,  decided to  verify himself

With  Hanuman,  incognito wandered  to help

Travelled  far  and wide to access  situations

Returned worried withdefinite plan for action

Cancelled celebration, palace  constructions

Bharat, and Laxman were under instructions

All heads and hearts be in service of  people

Utilise all resources for the benefit of  feeble

Strong nation, happy people was conception

Administrative systems geared to perfection

Education, health, community were  priorities

Agriculture trade business jobs for societies

Skills of people upgraded for self  sufficiency

To be responsible for their lives with proficiency

Infrastructural  development   happened  fast

Roads, bridges,  canals,  wells,  made  to  last

The defence of the nation was strengthened

Soldiers paid, trained and  morale  enlivened

Mutual relations with  neighbours  improved 

Borders secured,  strength of nation  proved 

Physical to  social  emotional   growth  it   led

Integration of society in strong bonds spread

Spiritual  developments  were  not too behind

People constructed their own temples to bind

Ram Rajya first had  physical  improvements

Leading to mental growth and developments

Emotional  integration  of people   awakened

Finally the dawn of wisdom on all  happened

Glory of Ram Rajya is in  nation's conscience

Concept of good governance does make sense

Free  India's  dreams  are  in  our constitution

Let us live it and create a  prosperous  nation
